Salaries

One of our goals is to ensure that engineers receive better salaries.  Collective agreement is the foundation of our working life. They include everything – salary supplements in the event of illness or parental, leave, vacation salary, overtime. We support local negotiations as the basis from which individuals can proceed.

Your salary is influenced by such factors as work assignments, performance and market value. You can actively influence these factors and thus also your salary.

Salary statistics
Our salary statistics are a tool for use before salary discussions. Our own statistics are based on the annual salary survey among professional members. The statistics are reported in the form of a table as well as in a salary statistics database. The database can be used to access your salary situation compared with other engineers. You can conduct your own searches. The database and other salary statistics are available only for members.
