The Contract Reviewer – understand and review your employment contract
The Contract Reviewer is an AI-based service where you can upload a draft employment contract for review. The service analyses the content, explains the terms and highlights parts of the contract that may be worth looking at more closely before you sign.
The technology behind the service
The Contract Reviewer uses an AI solution integrated with Azure and follows an established set of rules for reviewing employment contracts. These are the same rules that our advisers at Engineers of Sweden use when reviewing contracts. The service can review employment contracts in Swedish and English and identify terms that differ from established standards.
How we handle your data
To ensure that the service is secure and maintains a high level of quality, we handle your data as follows:
- The review and your employment contract are stored in our case management system, in the same way as other cases handled by Engineers of Sweden.
- We carry out regular sample checks to ensure the quality of the service.
- The data is also pseudonymised and sent to our data warehouse for analysis. It is only used to provide aggregated insights at group level. This helps us identify overall trends and improve the accuracy of the Contract Reviewer.
Good to know: Your information is never used to train public AI models outside our own infrastructure.
