Are you working in Sweden but still finding your way through the local work culture, labor rights, or the famous “Swedish model”?

Maybe you’ve heard about unions and collective agreements but aren’t quite sure how they work or how they can support you. This is your chance to ask anything you’ve been wondering about.

Engineers of Sweden welcomes you to an open and friendly Q&A session where you can:

  • Learn how unions function in Sweden.
  • Understand what a collective agreement actually means for your salary, benefits, and job security.
  • Get clarity on workplace norms, rights, and expectations.
  • Ask questions about Swedish work culture, big or small.
  • Connect with others navigating the same journey.

No question is too basic. No Swedish required. Just curiosity, conversation, and a space created for you.

Come join us and feel more confident in your life and career in Sweden.

In preparation for the session, there is a recorded webinar to watch beforehand. You will receive more information about this when you register.
