Vektor – your digital assistant
Vektor is our chatbot that helps you with questions about the union, membership, and member benefits, as well as basic labour law questions related to working in Sweden. Vektor is available around the clock, in both Swedish and English. You can find Vektor in the pink speech bubble at the bottom right of the website.
Do you save the information I enter?
When you use Vektor, you agree that Engineers of Sweden saves and stores the information you enter. We do this to optimize and further develop the service. We handle all data confidentially, but advise you not to enter personal data. Here you can read more about our handling of personal data.
Complement to other contact methods
The chatbot is adapted to handle simpler membership and labour law questions. If you have more complex questions or need personal advice, you are of course always welcome to contact us by phone or via our contact forms. Vektor is not a replacement for human contact, but a complement to simplify your everyday life.

How does Vektor work?
Vektor is built with the technology RAG, Retrieval-Augmented Generation. When you ask Vektor something, it searches through our data base to find the best matching answers. These answers are then used to generate a relevant and correct answer to your question.
